VetLink was founded on a principle passed down through generations of mahouts, the hereditary caretakers of Asian elephants: treat every animal in your care as you would treat family. That principle shapes everything we do.
But principles don't pay the bills. Experience does. Our leadership team has spent over two decades inside veterinary practices, not observing from the outside, but working the floor. General practice, specialty, emergency. We've managed the 2 a.m. staffing crisis, negotiated vendor contracts, coached associate vets through their first solo surgeries, and built the operational systems that let clinics scale without losing their soul.
